My First Coaching Client. She came to me 30 years ago, feeling like she wasn’t enough. No matter how much she achieved, she kept feeling like she was running a race with no finish line. On the outside, her life seemed perfect—money in the bank, loving relationship, successful career, smoking body...checking all the boxes. But inside, she was drowning in self-doubt, constantly comparing herself to others, chasing an impossible standard.

Then, in a traumatic moment when her sister committed suicide, she knew she needed to double down on her spiritual growth and learn what truly would make her satisfied and happy. She was stuck in lack, pushing harder than ever but working against herself. That client was me.
