The Council says that healing is moving from one vibration to another. As a 60-minute group healing session, each Quantum Light Shift is an opportunity for you to sit back and allow vibrational movement around the topic for the month.
The session begins with Christy's coaching on the subject, which is based on her valuable life experience, before she brings in The Council. They then share their insights and perspective, as well as a process to help you attune to a high-vibrational state on the topic. The Council always offers an energetic release, or healing, to help you receive the shift.
